The United Way of Oxford & Lafayette County (UWOLC) funds programs that improve people's health, promote education, support financial stability, and meet basic needs within the Lafayette-Oxford-University (LOU) community. Agency Applicants (Two-Step Process)
Community Coalition Applicants (LOU Reads Coalition)
Nonprofit organizations, public entities, and community coalitions fulfilling the UWOLC's eligibility criteria may apply for funding. Agency applicants must submit the required Primary Fiscal Agent Pre-Application by March 15, 2019, and a Program Funding Application by April 5, 2019. Any community coalition administered by the UWOLC seeking funds must submit a Community Coalition Funding Application by April 5, 2019. Applications must be received via email in PDF form by 5:00 p.m. on the due dates in order to receive consideration.
Applicants are encouraged to attend an Applicant Workshop on February 27, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce.
