Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Funding Cycle

The United Way of Oxford & Lafayette County (UWOLC) funds programs that improve people's health, promote education, support financial stability, and meet basic needs within the Lafayette-Oxford-University (LOU) community. Application materials associated with the UWOLC's Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019 funding cycle are listed below.

Agency Applicants (Two-Step Process)

Primary Fiscal Agent Pre-Approval Application: DOC (Due 2/22/18)
Program Funding Application: DOC (Due 4/3/18)

Community Coalition Applicants (LOU Excel By 5 and LOU Reads)

Community Coalition Funding Application for Operations: DOC (Due 4/3/18)
Community Coalition Funding Application for Programming: DOC (Due 4/3/18)

Non-profit organizations and public entities fulfilling the UWOLC's eligibility criteria may apply for funding. Agency applicants must submit the required Primary Fiscal Agent Pre-Approval Application by February 22, 2018, and a Program Funding Application by April 3, 2018. Any community coalition administered by the UWOLC seeking funds must submit a Community Coalition Funding Application by April 3, 2018. Applications must be received via email in PDF form by 5:00 p.m. on the due dates in order to receive consideration.

Applicants are encouraged to attend an Applicant Workshop on March 6, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce. Agencies must submit the required Primary Fiscal Agent Pre-Approval Application by February 22, 2018, and the Program Funding Application is due on April 3, 2018. Any community coalition administered by the UWOLC seeking funds must submit a Community Coalition Funding Application by April 3, 2018.
